I have met innumerable types of diets. Despite being lucky and slim throughout my life, I have always had to pay attention to what I eat. If I happen to put on few kilos (maximum 3-5), I turn to the diet I like the best, macrobiotic diet. It was prescribed personally for me after a rather serious illness by my physician. Apart from curing my illness, it made me thin as a yarn during few weeks. I warmly recommend it to everybody who doesn’t want to starve and want to do some good for his/her body!!!
