Since I’m a practicing Buddhist I meditate regularly. The main goal of meditation is to reduce the difference between the state experienced during meditation and the state after meditation. During Buddhist meditation we experience that each moment is loaded with endless opportunities and that we are full of energy and can look forward to every second. Basically in our everyday life we get tired because we see the things surrounding us from the same perspective, the same things happen to us and we react in the same way all the time and don’t try consciously to change it. We get so wearied in it that we often feel ourselves unable to continue. Meditate if you can because it has curing effects!
