If you're used to realising your plans you start devising plans all the time. It was hard to get used to dealing with the first step and the last one, but after a while I learned it. I plan in advance what the first, second, third and next steps will be on the road leading up to my target. If the whole plan is ready,I get down to realising the first step with intense concentration. Fulfilling a new aim, even if you have some routine, is always like starting an entirely new major project. It's quite hard to concentrate exclusively on what I'm doing that moment instead of daydreaming.
