I'm a practising Buddhist. It provides me with immense help in every area of life. If you get acquainted with some of Buddha's teachings, your days are going to be much happier. One of his most useful teachings is that you shouldn't identify yourself with anything that is not You. Existence is eternal and continuous. Consequently, you can't identify yourself with anything that is constantly changing. You are not one with your body which is getting older and older every minute.You are not one with your thoughts, since hundreds of them rush through your mind in a blink of an eye and you are not one with your feelings since you can't even preserve them for minutes. Those who can overcome these will enrich their life with a huge gift.
